Thank you for supporting Three Parks Independent Democrats by becoming a sponsor of our annual benefit.

Congressmember Jerrold Nadler will receive the Ted Weiss Public Service Award in recognition of his lifelong defense of our civil liberties and democratic ideals, courageous votes on the Iran treaty and Patriot Act, and passionate support of the West Side political community.

Make the Road New York will receive the Jesse Crawford Community Service Award for helping Latino and working class communities achieve dignity and justice through organizing, policy innovation, transformative education, and survival services.

As shown by the success of its storefront operation last fall, Three Parks Independent Democrats, is a unique and vital neighborhood institution with national outreach. This year, we continue that tradition as we take on an enormous new challenge: to preserve our democracy.

If you would like to have your name listed on the supplement to the invitation and on the program, as well as in the Club newsletter as a Benefactor ($500), Patron ($300) or Sponsor ($175), please respond before Thursday, March 30th 2017. Please fill out the information below and click Send. You will be taken to our payment page. Check the appropriate amount and click Donate to go to PayPal to pay by credit card. Non-member guest tickets are $150 and Club member tickets are $50. (Ticket buyers are not listed on the invitation.)

    Send Three Parks your name(s) just as you would want it to appear on the invitation, program and club newsletter. Also send us your contact information. Fill out the form below and click Send. If you are buying a ticket but not sponsoring, fill this out so we will have your name at the door.

    For example, if your first name appears on your credit card as Volumnia, but you wish to be listed as Binky, then put Binky in the space below.

    Fill in the sponsor level or ticket amount and click the Donate button at the bottom to go to PayPal to make a credit card payment.

  3. PayPal Page
    Make the actual credit card payment here. You don't need to open a PayPal account, just use your credit card.

    4. Why all these steps? We need PayPal to process your credit card, but it is set up to sell you a toothbrush, and doesn't collect or give us the information we need. The information from the first step goes directly to Three Parks.
